Itinerary
DAY 1
Meeting with your english-speaking guide at your hotel in Irkutsk. Transport to the Olkhon Island with a comfortable van. On the way you will see the landscapes of Siberian steppe, hills and mountains. You will cross the ice road on hoovercraft on Baikal Lake which will bring you to the Khuzhir town on the Olkhon Island.
Accommodation in hotel, lunch and a walk around.
Dinner at the hotel.
DAY 2
In the morning after the breakfast in the hotel, you will have an ice-excursions with a hoovercraft to the north part of the Olkhon Island, up to the Khoboy, the northeast part of the Island which is also close to the deepest point of the Baikal.
Lunch will be served on the way back as pic-nic with traditional soup made on fire.
Dinner in hotel
DAY 3
In the morning as the day before, after brakefast your guide will take you for the ice-expedition of the south part of the Island with a hoovercraft. You will explore some of the famous caves and check the bobbles frozen in the clear ice.
Lunch during the expedition.
Dinner at the hotel.
